My tenure expired on December 31, 2018 -- Pyagbara Admits

Former president of the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP) Legborsi Pyagbara has admitted in a public document, the expiration of his tenure on December 31, 2018.

Former president of the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP) Legborsi Pyagbara has admitted in a public document, the expiration of his tenure on December 31, 2018.

In a document signed by Pyagbara himself, filed before a Port Harcourt High Court and made available to Ogoni News, Pyagbara admitted that his two tenure constitutionally expired on December 31, 2018.

He further admitted that MOSOP was thrown into crises over his failures

The admission was contained in a document titled "Terms of Settlement" presented before the court in Port Harcourt on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

The document which was the design and initiative of King G.N K. Gininwa, Dr Peter Medee, HRH (Dr) Mene Taalor Tornwe and HRH (Sir) King Samuel L. A Nnee further acknowledged the poor conduct of Pyagbara and stated clearly the expiration of his tenure on December 31, 2018.
